Is a project that explores the intersections of geography, migration, and environmental transformations. Through this work, I investigate borderlands, both physical and conceptual, as sites of transition and tension. The project focus into the lived experiences of those navigating these edges, focusing on how boundaries whether geopolitical, ecological, or cultural impact identity, belonging, and survival. By engaging with various landscapes, from coastal regions shaped by rising sea levels to mountainous terrains affected by climate change, I highlight the fragility and resilience of communities living on these margins. Using a combination of drawing, video, and installation art, “Other Edges of the World” seeks to visualize the often unseen or overlooked narratives of displacement, environmental degradation and adaptation. The work prompts viewers to reconsider their relationship with place and the invisible forces that shape our world, while advocating for greater awareness and action around migration and environmental justice issues.
